ABOUT US
Belvedere Partners was created in 2003 when Real Estate began to blossom in the Greenpoint Williamsburg Brooklyn location. The company's name Belvedere means 'beautiful view' in Italian. The inspiration for the name Belvedere originates from the beautiful landmark buildings from all over the world. This Real Estate Company developed and sold many residential and mixed-use Condominium Projects called Belvedere, including all phases of construction and interior design in Brooklyn, New York. Recently, in 2020, we moved to a more quiet rural Port Jervis, New York.
Belvedere Partners is a boutique Real Estate family owned business. Mariola Jedynasty is a Real Estate Broker responsible for all Real Estate transactions. She shares her taste and long term expertise in interior designing with her clients. She is passionate and detail oriented, taking into consideration all the needs of her clients on a deep level, with a profound innerstanding in all aspects of Real Estate, renovations and client care which have given rise to the title of "Spiritual Real Estate"
Mariola believes that Port Jervis and surrounding areas have unique infrastructure, amazing nature, fresh air, and unlimited real estate and development opportunities which made her decide to be part of the Renaissance in Port Jervis, Orange County and Sullivan County.

"Ms. Zaremba recalled arriving in Greenpoint 22 years ago and thinking that the local buildings, many clad in vinyl siding, looked as if they were “made of paper.” It was she who came up with the company signature, a nod to Belvedere Palace, the official residence of the president of Poland, and to the Belvedere courtyard at the Vatican.
“Most buildings are so anonymous — they just have numbers,” Ms. Zaremba said. “I wanted to create something everybody was going to remember.”
Those first apartments sold quickly, but after a couple of projects together, Mr. Rostek and Ms. Zaremba went their separate ways. He took with him the right to use even numbers on his projects, and she took along the rights to etch odd numbers onto hers.
Ms. Zaremba spent a couple of years more in real estate, but after a few buildings, including Belvedere III and V, and a frightening diagnosis of skin cancer, she moved on to a new profession. Today, she runs a spa on Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint called Awakening New York, which offers yoga, massage, dance classes and Ayurvedic medicine."

“We looked in Manhattan, Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Park Slope (too far), and Greenpoint for a condo or flexible 1BD coop to buy. Belvedere's (agents and their affiliated builder group) new condo building stood out in the mix as a decent quality building with a short commute time for an affordable monthly payment. We had the apartment and building inspected by a 3rd party inspector and he did not find any faults that would raise a flag as an investment. They are in the neighborhood for the long term.”
